For more in-depth personal counseling, contact CAPS, the Counseling and Psychological Services unit at Gannett Health Services, (607)255-5155. CAPS is open 24/7. Counselors provide crisis intervention, brief counseling, psychiatric care, outreach, and referral services. In addition to traditional clinical settings at Gannett, CAPS provides walk-in hours and discussion groups at various sites across campus. Self-assessment tools are available for suicide, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, alcohol use, eating disorders, and anxiety disorders. |
